Hello,


I have submitted a return request to "company@garments.co.kr" a couple days ago, but I have not received a response yet. I was wondering how soon I could start my return and receive the necessary return forms to ship my returned item back.


Please let me know how I should proceed.

    Please refer to the exchange and refund process below and return it.

    SHIPPING
    Products will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped via DHL or Premium EMS. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail





    IMPORTANT NOTE
    Price Adjustment

    We do not offer price adjustments. If an item you bought is lowered in price and you want to get a price adjustment, you should make a new purchase and return the original item. However, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.



    RETURN POLICY

    If you are not satisfied with the Products, you can return them. Please send us a return request to our email mentioned below. It must be done within 14 days of original shipment date. We do not accept any return requests after 14 days of delivery. Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. We reserve the right to reject returns violating our Return Policy. Please follow the guidelines below.



    • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless a defective item is delivered to you.

    • Please provide us with a tracking number for a returning package to our e-mail company@garments.co.kr

    • Please mark outside of the package as 'RETURNED PRODUCTS' to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.



    HOW TO RETURN

    • Fill out the returns form and enclose the completed returns form with your Products.

    • Please return your Products to the address below.

    (International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier. If returns are picked-up by us or buyer sends them as "bill-to-receiver", we will deduct the return shipping fee from the total refund amount.)



    EXCHANGES

    If you'd like to exchange one item for another or a different size, you must return the original item first and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual return policy.



    REFUNDS

    Payments will be refunded back to your account. Allow up to 5 working days for processing upon receipt of your item and 4 working days for the refund to clear into your account. Please note that only the amount for the original item is refundable.
